Dear Ann Arbor Neighbors,
The 15th District Court may not be the most visible part of local government, but it plays a vital role in daily life here in Ann Arbor. This is where neighbors resolve disputes, where accountability meets compassion, and where programs like sobriety and mental health court give people a real chance to get back on their feet.
A court is only as strong as the community's trust in it. That trust is built through fairness, accessibility, and treating every person who walks through our doors with dignity — whatever brought them there.

The District Court is responsible for matters including criminal misdemeanors, traffic matters, landlord-tenant cases, and civil litigation under $25,000.
